sharing childhood memories and grown-up dreams...

I don't believe an accident of birth makes people sisters or brothers. It makes them siblings, gives them mutuality of parentage. Sisterhood and brotherhood is a condition people have to work at...

Our siblings push buttons that cast us in roles we felt sure we had let go of long ago - the baby, the peacekeeper, the caretaker, the avoider.... It doesn't seem to matter how much time has elapsed or how far we've traveled...

To the outside world we all grow old. But not to brothers and sisters. We know each other as we always were. We know each other's hearts. We share private family jokes. We remember family feuds and secrets, family griefs and joys. We live outside the touch of time...

Every now and again you will have to make a decision that you hope will benefit you, maybe the people around you but mainly you in whatever sense whether it be changing job to breaking up with someone.

These changes will in some way build your character, give ou and experience you can learn from if it was the right thing to do then progression is made if it was the wrong thing to Dothan you learn from it you remember the situation you maybe think twice if you are put in it again as long as you take those chances or changes in life that is what is important and how you can grow..

These choices can sometimes be very difficult if it relationships that are separated an it was the wrong choice your screaming silently why please can this go back to the way it is but when you look at what you have learned about yourself during this period how much stronger you have become or even how much stronger your relationship is with the other person or if not in contact anymore how you know you would never make that mistake again and just hope that maybe just maybe your future paths cross somehow again..

If its leaving a job dependent on the job say if you love the job you become comfortable you understand it you love your work colleagues but you’re not pushing yourself anymore and your just surviving not living! then the choice and the action in of that choice will be even harder as your be facing the unknown and wig unknown comes doubt nerves emotions which can overwhelm and take over what you know maybe 20% could push you fwd and help out and be challenging new exciting inspiring different.

When people say they have no regrets the reason is that they have managed to use the experiences that they may have regretted to benefit them in some way which is why it isn't regret. And when you can do that you can share those experiences that you hope will allow others to not make a swell.

Do summing about how you feel even I it is just once a month doesn't have to be anything huge like the 2 above but even if it takes allot of effort for you to usually tell someone how much the mean to you in saying.. I Love You.. Your putting yourself out there your trying your making that effort that change to what you may not do.. Your learning growing.. Taking a Risk.. Consequences are there to be dealt with but for the consequence to be there the action needs to be taken place first.

Only You
Only you can put these people can give you advice and give you ideas, give their opinion show you what options you have what outcomes could happen but it's You that will take that final step.. Deep breath and Jump into the unknown.

You can say yeah, yeah you only live once and so forth but the only way that works is by believing it! Thinking actually yes I do. And I want to tell my grand kids all those mad things and ideas and decisions I made I wan’na write it all down and make a giant novel so people can laugh at what happened to me with me not at me! yeah so sometimes I fucked up but I stayed true to myself I tried and no one can tell me any different at least I made an effort and put myself out there.

Change is inevitable you can't beat them join them you don't like it just means it takes you a little while to get then others to get used to it and new things but in the end it'll be ok.

RANDOM INSPIRATIONAL DAYs

Is it weird to have come across to taxidermistes the same day?
1st wacthed one that collects dead mice and likes to dress then up in
picures of this failed marriage and 2. a lonely taxidermisty (as
oposed to a very for filled social taxidermist at which I have not seen
one yet) that lived next door to a Vets and loved the girl behind the
counter so when she found out he was bein kicked out started bumping
off the animals to give him work to stay.

Both of these ironically I wacthed for inspiration and didn't know what
they were about .. This is how it happened



Living a childhood memory today I met my good friend, Saz'G and we
went for a wonder down London Brick lane,
Havin not been there since I was 8 it was amazing how much it hadn't
changed at all.. Curry house snap, Bricks battered snap but there was
summin different too.

INSPIRATION .. Graffitti that was really Art typography used on all
buildings colours emphasized and even incorporated with the shops
themseleves Gallery 11 looked partically graphic with a wikid dress on
the front brick lay including the innr window design..
And anyone whose been down Brick Lane must know the bagel shop.. How
could I not go down there and not get a cream cheese and salmon bagel
with there unique plastacine tasting chocolate muffins... INSPIRATIONAL

After walking and reminising we decided Saz'G and I to go In A
different, Direction and thought why not randomly go into the under
the bridge record shop little did we know...

It starts to go all a little too quite as quoted by saz'G "are we in a
music libary disco it's way to quiet"
Then the music started to the back ofthe store we went and there was
an intimate 2 piece gig begining, soft very XX and vampire weekendish
but it was looking ood started soft and went well after 4 songs we
decided to continue the evening as random and inspirational as it was
becoming..

Passing a bar/club/restauran I kinda don't know what it was all I know
is it was awesome the atmosphere he people the decore the mini book
orphanage in the corner along with the mezzanne that over looked the
open glass doors that reaced building heights warehouse style the name
of the place ..

Cafe 1001 ok so it named itself, a cafe fail on my part
but whatever. it was I knew I'll be coming back.
Here there was a hidden back door and what was that we could hear Live
music?

Her name was Shorna and was he music Epic or what! Vintage style Elle
Fiztgerald meets Tim Burtons music and rythem base guitar strumming
deep with. High movement of tempo I was hooked!

Not only did I join the mailing list but did I go home and find her
music .. Yes I did good ol my space, as Shorna (my now new playlist
name on repeat) finished what d I hear but them announce a short and
sweet animation festival! Whenn was tonights inpirational randomness
gunna end!

Marketing and effects



If you have a interest or like me a very keen interest in marketing
and brands and you also enjoy films then at home with the jones is
definite a film. You needddd to watch, as it starts out it's summon
a bit more deeper first I thought ok j know where this film would be
going and I did and it went there but that is t what impressed me it
was the 2 opposites of the scheme....

Spoilers so you have been warned.

The “Kiss” is an upfront this is how I am when with someone you are attracted to.
So many photos and Images revolve around emotions and what your feeling at the time and channelling that energy is always a big key and factor into helping your work.. So mine atm is The “Kiss”..

Many’a Kisses.. all too much to say but When you kiss and it works so well that’s instant self marketing .. lol

Kissing I Amazing... and When you Kiss Someone who can kiss you back the way you kiss them well its an entity in itself!.. Electrifying..

I think you can tell allot about how the chemistry can be between 2people with a Kiss and If you can’t get enough of kissing with that one person then you’ve got goose pimples as kissing doesn’t change..

Kissing is seriously underrated and should definitely be re evaluated between people.

Yellooowwww!!! So am currently on thr train on route to the Camden
town of LON don... And with my ipod and skullcandys in toe i was
thinking, Songs of the Year, this year in fact..
does it ever make you wonder how you can relate so gs to times and
people is it. Because atthat moment in your life it was popular at the
time for me it's the tune and the lyrics together the song usually
relates to that point.




My life some what where the lyrics have specific meaning to what I am going thru how I felt and with that song I can usually relate to what I may have looked like at the time too
I.e hair colour or how I wore my make up, you can get so much feeling
and emotion out of 1 song it can make you laugh or make you cry it can
create a shiver down you back and it can even make you sexy, my tunes
of this year I feel have a pattern I didn't see it till now but they
all can fade into each other kings of leon closer the cure painted on my heart just to sum up the 2 out of the 4 I have sofar this year usually I only have 2/3 throught the whole year or even one like 2000 was Torn by Texas ooooOooo what
an I teresting year that was.

I wonder if I start making my own NOW albums with art cover then when
I look back on it in another quaternary of a century will my memories
be more vivid and defined or will i just have manic playlists that
I'll have to keep because of this task I had set out to do?!

Either way music is Inspiration and with the unqie yet repeated
question you sometimes get,"If you was blind or deaf what would you
be" the obvious answer is None but It would be so hard without music
it really would the creation inspiration the feelig it can give you
the movement the mood of a place.. Bu alas I an a visual girl and
could not do without my sight which is funny as I'm alreay part blind,
but I enjoy it too much.

Relating songs to people is a hard one ithink the relation of a song
can either be permenant or occassiknal as your feelings towards
someone will gradually change over time it's only natural so so will
the sounds that remind you of them as you relate the tone of your
feelings to the tone of the sound.

When's best to listen to your inspirational sounds;



Whenever there're never a bad or good moment it's all about the now
you can be I spired at any time hence why it's always good to cafe
around some sort of note book to put down those inspirations asap.

Get out of yur comfort zone, don't listen to the same music be
versatile anything is with listening to you never know what you could
get fro. It and who knows you make like it do t limit yourself even if
you know you don't like that type of sound DnB or heavy metal everyone
takes something different from it and it can all be used.

So, Its August. August the 1st well 2nd but How fast did this year go!?and at the same time does anyone else feel that last year was much more exciting...

Alltho not in terms of FILMS... this year weve had Eclipse, Inception, and even the prequal Iron Man:2 was pretty good... but would like to confirm now that I am more DC then Marvel (Superman all the way) but the mway the marvel films are coming about... BOY! these combined narrative to make the avengers are guna be epic the only issue is that the actual avengers film will be PURE Hyped and needs to live up to its expectations..... (Justice League all the way baby)



But BUT the 1 film that i have been going on about for time now last 2 years at least is the new TRON i CANT NOT WAIT for this to come around, Kevin Flynn bring it on.. I have a mini obsession with tattoos and yes i have designed a tron tattoo ... with the new illumination inks having the tron circle would be immense but i decided instead to allow my iner geek to come out and thought circuit board or i.p addres 127.0.0.1 on the wrist either one would look cool.... well as cool as having a circuit board would look neways.... *breath* moving on...

Everyday I see more and more Inspiration, from everyone.. particularly twitter i love twitter even more so for allowing this to happen, where you are allowed to connect to people who you dont even know or even who you just see a profile pic and go "ooooo they look creative" then next thing you know youre following them and bang everyday your seeing stuff that you look at and go WOW yay this looks amazing i wanna do stuff like that hang on im gunna TRY and do stuff like that... ignore the you cant and wont even the afraids ... as ADIDAS says just do it.

The BIG RE Design,.......

So its been oooo 5 years since a re design of xXxASTRISxXx and as you can imagine she has grown up alot since then.

Teenage style, tantrums, life, work experience, relationships friends and loved ones, loses and gains.

So moving on and taking this into account and update was needed!.

With the help of her Great Great Friend Belsim0n’e (@simpleCMS) the website is finally on the way.

Even with the network and HTML knowledge and crying over C++ Java test, I came to the conclusion sometimes its just best to ask for help.

This time leaving the name X – X behind its full on ASTRIS, Digital Art what is Digital ART.... hmmmmm. “What is’ digital art?!”

Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia, says;

#Digital art is an umbrella term for a range of artistic works and practices that use digital technology. Since the1970s various names have been used to describe what is now called digital art including computer artmultimedia art

Doesn’t reallllllllly explain much,

So I would say Digital Art is New Age, Mixing Art of kinds’a work, Think. Drawing, Pastels, Charcol, Painting, Sculpting.. to Photography, 3D effects, Matte Painting, Compositing, Rendering.

Joined together as one to create an expression, or expressive representative of artistic view

Its amazing you can create almost anything on a computer, use different objects’ tools, ideas, get creative go mad!, you wan’na design a house then design it in 2d but no. Actually, you can see it in 3D even better put your furniture and what designs you want in it, wan’na change that colour of your wall to see if it’ll suit... you can.

There are some amazing people out there, Orespiring people out there. Inspirational Creatives and people with Ideas every which way, I see it EVERYDAY all the time, even with people who I don’t know or see all the time. Use everything to your advantage. Anything can be used and seen as a Idea or Creation.

This Blog is going to be the process the ideas, the people I meet, Options that come up im sure the Rants will Come and the very Random Expieriences will be showen.. and I cant WAIT” to express it all!
